End User License Agreement / Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of The Dashboard at thedashhq.com (the “Service”), an internal operations dashboard operated by Doxology & Theology (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for its staff and partner organizations.
1. Invite-only access
The Service is not open to the public. Access is limited to people we invite or authorize. You may use the Service only if we have granted you an account or a share link, and only for internal operational purposes related to our conferences and partner work. You may not share your login credentials or share links with anyone who is not authorized.
2. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely as an authorized user. We retain all rights in the Service, its software, branding, and content (other than data you or your organization already own).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access data or features outside your authorized role;
- Probe, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its security;
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes; or
- Copy, resell, or publicly redistribute Service content without permission.
4. Data sources and purpose
The Service displays internal reports by connecting to systems we use in operations, which may include Airtable, Supabase, QuickBooks Online (via Intuit OAuth, for read-only financial reports), Google / YouTube / Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta. Data is used only to operate and display these internal reports for authorized users—not to sell personal information or build advertising profiles for third parties.
5. Email and sessions
We may send login codes and optional operational digests by email (via Forward Email). Session cookies are used to keep you signed in. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doxology & Theology and its officers, staff, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time if these Terms are violated, if access is no longer needed, or for operational or security reasons. You may request removal of your access by contacting us at the email below.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
