Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Doxology & Theology (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in The Dashboard at thedashhq.com (the “Service”), an internal operations dashboard for our staff and partner organizations.
1. Who this covers
The Service is invite-only. It is not a public consumer product. This policy applies to authorized users and to information shown or stored through the Service in the course of our internal operations.
2. Information we handle
Depending on your role and connected systems, the Service may process:
- Account details we store for access (such as name, email, organization, and role);
- Operational data pulled from connected tools to build internal reports, which may include conference, registration, audience, communications, and financial report data; and
- Technical session information needed to keep you signed in (cookies / session tokens).
3. Data sources
The Service may connect to Airtable, Supabase, QuickBooks Online (via Intuit OAuth, for read-only financial reports), Google / YouTube / Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta. Data from those systems is used to display internal reports for authorized users.
4. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls;
- Display and refresh internal operational reports; and
- Send login codes and optional operational email digests (via Forward Email).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Limited sharing may occur with service providers that host or deliver the Service (for example hosting, database, or email delivery), only as needed to run the Service.
5. OAuth tokens and security
When a connection uses OAuth (such as QuickBooks Online / Intuit), access tokens are stored encrypted on the server. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
6. Cookies
We use cookies (and similar session storage) only to maintain signed-in sessions and related security. We do not use advertising cookies on the Service.
7. Email
Login verification codes and optional digests are sent by email using Forward Email. Message content is limited to what is needed for sign-in or operational summaries.
8. Access removal
You may request that we remove or disable your Dashboard access by emailing mark@doxologyandtheology.org. We will process reasonable requests consistent with our operational and legal obligations. Removing Dashboard access may not delete copies of data that remain in the underlying source systems (for example Airtable or QuickBooks) under those systems’ own policies.
9. Retention
We retain account and connection records while access is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, auditing, and continuity of operations, then delete or de-identify them when no longer needed.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
12. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
